Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect sales tax for deliveries to all states in which we have a company-owned retail store. We will automatically calculate the tax rate according to the shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns in the case of damaged goods with a prior return approval form.

 

Damaged Items:

If you receive a web or catalog order with an item that is damaged, missing a component, or in some other way defective, please contact Customer Service at 407-351-5656 before returning the product.

Order Confirmation

An email order confirmation will be sent to the email address that you provided to us during Checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, we accept orders from international guests who are shipping to addresses in the U.S, and Canada. We are unable to ship internationally, but hope to offer this service soon.

Promotion Codes

Promotion codes are redeemed during the checkout process. Once you view your cart, this field will become available and a message will appear describing the promotion that you have entered. Your promotional discount will be factored into your final order upon checkout and will be reflected in your order summary.
